Disposition versions
126.9. Every person who contravenes section 52 or 100.3 or subparagraph a of section 126 commits an offence and is liable, in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $2,000 to $100,000 or, in other cases, to a fine of $6,000 to $600,000.
